Old renovated house with beautiful garden and terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the lake and mountains, fully furnished and immediately habitable.
This is a charming property and during our visit on February 6, 2025 we were unable to find any negative aspects.
The house is independent on 4 sides and is spread over 3 levels plus an additional level if you consider the roof terrace.
The property is divided into two houses with independent entrances but communicating with each other (if desired), one with one bedroom and the other with two bedrooms. There are two equipped kitchens, two large living rooms both with their own ancient fireplace, 3 bathrooms in total, two cellars.
Heating with radiators and gas boiler (each house has its own independent heating and electrical system.
There is a beautiful private flat garden with lake view and equipped with a barbecue corner.
On foot you can go to the restaurant, the bar, the lake and the public swimming pools. You can reach the house by car but the public parking is a few dozen meters away.
