Near the town, that has had great tourist development, originally a fishing village, there are beaches of rare beauty named and sorted from the first to the fifth. Moving further east, in the strip of land, that almost forms a peninsula; the small beaches of Cala Moresca and Baracconi are set, overlooking the small islet of Figarolo. This village, which is located a stone throw from the Costa Smeralda and the marine area of Tavolara, is made up of colourful houses where you can savour the typical local cuisine with seafood specialties and stroll through the lively streets of the centre.
DISCOVER THE BEACHES
The beach is a very fragile natural ecosystem. We recommend: not to take away sand, stones or shells, because they are the material the beach is made of; not to trample or tear up the dune vegetation because it is what protects the beach; respect all forms of life because the beach is their home, we are their guests.
Click on the photos and you will find for each beach: videos, environmental, naturalistic and logistical information.
