Along these approximately six kilometers of winding coast, in alternation of shale and sandstone tormented by the poniente and the mistral winds, we can find the wonder of a series of beaches as rough as they are enchanting. Rocks overlooking the sea give way to inlets occupied by sand deposits giving us scenarios that are very different from each other due to the seabed, the type of rock and, above all, the sand that is sometimes white and very fine and occasionally presents itself in the shape of brilliant pebbles with multiple shades of colour. The vegetation, very spontaneous, seems to dive into the sea; the Mediterranean scrub, beaten by the strong prevailing winds, takes on the colors dictated by the season, offering each time an ever-changing outline and a unique setting.
DISCOVER THE BEACHES
The beach is a very fragile natural ecosystem. We recommend: not to take away sand, stones or shells, because they are the material the beach is made of; not to trample or tear up the dune vegetation because it is what protects the beach; respect all forms of life because the beach is their home, we are their guests.
